On April 18th, the second campus open day was grandly held in SMU Lingang New Campus. Prof. Yu Shicheng, President of SMU, Prof. Kong Fancun, Vice President of SMU participated in the activity.
On the open day, SMU set up consulting points and information panels providing recruiting information and policies, and career development education. SMU Shanghai Expo Volunteer Service Station was launched with various characterized activities such as dragon boat races, Chinese material art team performance, kite festival, guard of honor performance, dragon dance team performance, semaphore team performance, north and south poles picture show, distinctive French bowline show, student talent show and campus gourmet festival.
SMU history museum, library, Xu Beihong art works exhibition hall, science experience hall, mineral & material sample exhibition hall and literature & art gallery are open to all.
From the first campus open day of last year, more and more student candidates and their parents have enjoyed the beautiful campus view, distinguished educational conditions as well as profound SMU shipping characteristics and academic atmosphere.
