On Nov. 27th, Richard A. Lidinsky, Jr, Chairman of US Federal Maritime Commission visited Shanghai International Shipping Institute (SISI). Mr. Zhen Hong, Secretary-General of SISI introduced the functions and responsibilities of the institute. which Mr. Lidinsky showed great interest in. Mr. Lidinsky said he was willing to help intensify the communication and cooperation between SISI and relevant American institutes.
