On Nov. 28th and 29th, Prof. Huang Youfang, President of Shanghai Maritime University visited Piri Reis Maritime University of Turkey, and met with Prof. Osman Kamil SAG, Rector of Piri Reis Maritime University.
The two sides have reached a preliminary agreement on futher cooperation, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding and an Agreement of Student Exchange.
