From November 26th to November 30th, Prof. Jin Yongxing, Vice President of SMU and Chairman of IMLA attended the 91st Session of IMO Maritime Safety Committee on behalf of IMLA.
Founded in 1977, IMLA annual conference is a borderless forum: a round table for discussions on ocean-related issues. IMLA provides a global forum for teachers and all other parties interested in Maritime Education and Training to freely present their achievements, share experiences, exchange ideas and make suggestions. Not long ago, IMLA has delivered a proposal of Revision of International Standard Maritime Communication Terms on its annual conference.
