On April 25, the opening ceremony of DP center of SMU, jointly established by SMU and C-MAR Group, unveiled at Gangwan Campus of SMU. It is the first DP center founded by China domestic university which has achieved accreditation and authorization of NI (the Nautical Institute) who is the unique authority to issue dynamic positioning operator certificate.
DP center of SMU, jointly established by SMU and C-MAR Group, is the first DP center cofounded by a domestic maritime university and an internationally renowned corporation and has achieved accreditation and authorization of NI. Meanwhile it is also the second domestic DP center achieving the accreditation of NI.
