Jeffrey E. Hecker, Executive Vice President of University of Maine with a delegation visited SMU on Oct, 30th. Prof. Jeffrey and his delegation were received by Prof. Jin Yongxing, Chairman of SMU University Council together with heads of International Office and School of Economics & Management.
Prof. Jin Yongxing, delivered a welcome speech and gave the delegation a brief introduction of SMU. And he hoped that SMU could cooperate with University of Marine in terms of inter-university exchanges and student projects.
Prof. Jeffrey extent his thanks for the warm welcome from SMU and expressed his desire to conduct student exchange projects especially that of postgraduates. In addition, Prof. Jeffrey drew a concrete picture for the cooperation.
