On April 20, Mr. Emanuel D. Donhauser, Chief Academic Officer of Swiss Education Group (SEG), along with his delegation, visited SMU. Prof. Shi Xin, Vice President of SMU, received the guests. Heads of SMU International Office and School of Economics & Management also took part in it.
Mr. Shi Xin firstly expressed his welcome to Mr. Emanuel D. Donhauser and briefed the guests on the overview of SMU; then he mentioned that SMU always attached much importance to international exchanges and cooperation. And with the major of Tourism Management and Cruise Management, Prof. Shi Xin looked forward to the cooperation with SEG in relevant aspects.
Mr. Emanuel D. Donhauser, introduced the basic information and educational ideas of SEG and then expressed that SEG was willing to cooperate with SMU.
After the meeting, Mr. Emanuel D. Donhauser gave an academic lecture titled with “The Advertisement Charm of International Hospitality Industry” to the students from School of Economics & Management of SMU.
