On 28 April, the second SMU- Lauritzen Seminar was held at SMU. Present at the seminar are over 50 attendees, including Mr. Peter Borup, CEO of Lauritzen Bulkers, Mr. Rasmus Hansen, Managing Director of Lauritzen Bulkers Singapore, Mr. Su Weixiang, Head of Dry Bulk Department of Lauritzen Bulkers Shanghai, Prof. Shi Xin, Vice President of SMU and Heads of SMU International Office.
At first, Mr. Peter Borup delivered a speech, themed on “Current Situation of Dry Bulk Shipping and Different Corporate Business Models”. And then, representatives of Lauritzen Bulkers had group discussions with SMU students, from whom they chose 6 students winners. Mr. Shi Xin and Mr. Peter Borup issued certificates and bonuses to the winners.
