Prof. Huang Youfang Visited Constantsa Maritime University and University of the Aegean

From 7th, August to 11th, Professor Huang Youfang, President of SMU, together with his delegation, visited Constantsa Maritime University and University of the Aegean. They had an extensive exchange with respect to Graduate Education, Student Exchange, Scientific Research as well as other international cooperation. 

On August 7 and 8, Prof. Huang with his delegation paid a visit to Constantsa Maritime University (CMU) in Romania and was warmly received by Prof. Cornel Panait, President of CMU. Prof. Huang first introduced the overview of SMU and visited the teaching, scientific research and laboratory facility in that university; and he signed an agreement on Jointly Training Marine Engineering Graduates with CMU. Both sides had an in-depth exchange of views on the cultivation of high quality shipping personnel and other international cooperative affairs. CMU, as one of the maritime school in Europe, was located at the biggest port of Romania: Constantsa.    

On August 9 and 10, Prof. Huang arrived at University of the Aegean and had an informal discussion with its President Stefanos Gritzalis and Vice President Polydoropoulou Amalia. Both parts reviewed the International Student Exchange Program which had been carried out all the time; they also furthered the High-level Graduate Exchange and Cooperation Research Program concerning shipping and logistics. The discussion achieved a lot of fruits in many aspects.
