He hoped this training could be a chance to develop further cooperation and exchange on assessment and examination of seafarers for maritime agencies– in –charge in
This training aimed at renewing related knowledge of assessors of IMO Asian Members, examinations and assessment of seafarers in agencies-in-charge, so as to improve the ability to carry out STCW. At the mean time, it can promote cooperation of several countries to carry out conventions and experience exchange, helping understand each other and develop together. The training lasted for a week, and IMO experts and consultants would give lessons.
