On the morning of October 30, President of SMU, Huang Youfang met with President of International Association of Institutes of Navigation（IAIN）, Yasuo ARAI.
President Huang thanked President Yasuo ARAI for his participation of the World Ocean Conference. He said that, “As one of the sponsors, China Institute of Navigation welcomed experts and scholars from all over the world to exchange and cooperate with Chinese professors. We would also organize a delegation and attend the coming 16th World Congress in Chiba ,Japan.”
President Yasuo ARAI congratulated that China Institute of Navigation has grasped the good opportunity to organize the 18th World Congress in 2024 and thanked its efforts and preparations for the 16th World Congress.
