From April 9th to 12th, President of SMU, Chairman of China Institute of Navigation(CIN), Senior Vice President of the International Association of Institutes of Navigation(IAIN) Huang Youfang attended the European Navigation Conference 2019 (ENC 2019) in Warsaw.
On IAIN’s Officers' Committee Meeting 2019, Prof. Huang discussed with attendees on issues regard to Representatives to other International Organisations, reports of activities, adaptations of website, rules of election and leadership transition, etc.
In Warsaw, Prof. Huang participated the opening ceremony, closing ceremony and other forums of the ENC 2019. President Huang held productive talks with chairmen of other institutes of navigation, introduced China’s rapid development in shipping field and SMU’s current situation concerned with talents training, scientific research and international cooperation, and wished to promote the exchange between China and Europe.
