According to the ELSEVIER, since June 2020, Professor Chen Jihong from the College of Transport and Communications of SMU, Professor Bruce Glavovic from Massey University in New Zealand and Professor Tim Smith from University of the Sunshine Coast in Australia have served as the internationally renowned marine SCI journal Ocean & Coastal Management (OCMA) Co-Editors-in-Chief.
Ocean & Coastal Management is the leading international journal dedicated to the study of all aspects of ocean and coastal management from the global to local levels. The impact factor in 2018 is 2.595. The 5-year impact factor is 3.043. Professor Chen Jihong will focus on papers related to international ocean and maritime planning and management. Professor Bruce Glavovic and Professor Tim Smith will focus on papers related to international ocean & coastal ecology and environment.
